We know how much you love your pets and want you to enjoy living well with your four-legged friends. We want to make your move easy. You are welcome to have up to two pets in your new Tomball apartment home.

Deposit per Pet: $150.00- $250.00 deposit and $150.00-$250.00 non-refundable fee.
Monthly Pet Rent per Pet: $10.00
The property is breed restricted; the following breeds will not be permitted to occupy the dwelling: Chow-Chow, Doberman Pinscher, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Pit Bulls, American Pit Bull Terrier, Staffordshire Terrier, Dogo Argentino, American Bully, Malamute, Bull Mastiff and Presa-Canario.
